Make an email in the name of the fullz


2. Signup on PayPal with the fullz information
3. After signup go to the account and add the Social security number (SSN)
4. Have some one send you 1¢ to make sure you can receive money
5. Add a bank account to the PayPal account if you want or a credit card / debit
6. If you don’t add a bank when you got to accept the money just press accept money
and then transfer to your card
