Baltoi is a huge marilith demon who was defeated in the Blood War and imprisoned in the Sleeping Beast Mountains. She was put into a magical slumber by a wizard and has grown significantly in size during her imprisonment. As the wizard's spell begins to fade, Baltoi will soon awaken with vengeance on her mind. She remains a formidable foe even stripped of most of her powers and weapons. There is also a possibility she possesses a stolen artifact known as the Book of Vile Darkness, which could unleash terrible evil if she regains it upon awakening.
