I ONLY WRITE THE IMPORTANT WORDS IN THE GRAPHIC ORGANIZER, SO IN THIS
PAPER I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS ALL MY OPINION ACCORDING TO THE
GRAPHIC ORGANIZER I WROTE.

Physical Self:

- I am 5 feet 7 inches tall and weigh approximately 70 kilos. My hair is wavy, a little long,
and black. My eyes are dark brown. My skin is soft and supple. I'm built above average
and lean toward the heavier side.

Intellectual/Cognitive / Mental Self:

- I'm a person who can think about a concept or an issue, apply to reason, and draw logical
connections between ideas. I listen to what the problem is, and if it is a cognitive
difficulty, I decode what is being asked of me to solve it, but this is basic learning, and
you can look it up, so I will stick to the actual difficulties and solve them with the
capability of my brain.

Emotional Self:

- Stress, frustration, and pressure are common sensations that I must avoid. I like
sentiments of happiness, fun, happiness, satisfaction, and pride in my history and present.
Fear and anger, uncertainty and envy, satisfaction and guilt, are the sensations I identify
with each other.

Sensual Self:

- When doing activities, I employed all my senses to try to watch and comprehend people
and listen to my favorite tunes. I employed them all among the senses since they have
their functions in my body participation. In their ways, they're all significant.

Interactional /social Self:

- I'm reliable with my friends, I explain it to them anytime there's something they don't
understand. I prefer to give my all heart to my family of what they want.
-  My strength, is that you cannot see me that I'm sad, since I am a cheerful person, I have
just one weakness and that is self-doubt in every way, it impacts all my personal,
emotional, and social ideas because it is my sort of weakness.

Nutritional Self:

- I prefer delicious and healthy meals such as vegetables, fruit, fish, and meat since they
provide our body with the nutrition needed.
- Although they're tasty, I don't want any unnutritious meals, they may be bad for our
body. Cholesterol, hypertension, and diabetes give us.

Contextual Self:
- Usual physical exercise is a key health factor, yet many are deemed inactive.
Identification of the hurdles to increased involvement is essential to overcome such
obstacles in developing plans. The weather was recognized as a perceived carrying to
physical activity, although it is rarely measured in populations what the most important
bad weather conditions are and lead to a reduction in physical activity.

Spiritual Self or Life Forcce:

- I was drawn to the spiritual self because I am a religious person, a Christian, and a
servant of God. I'm not very good at communicating my thoughts to other people, but I'm
grateful that others serve God as well. God is my ultimate source of pleasure, serenity,
and strength.

How did you find your first activity? Do you find it difficult assessing yourself? Did you
discover something about yourself that you never recognized or appreciated before?

- To be honest, I find it a little tough since I don't have time to analyze or assess myself,
but thank God, through this exercise, I've learned and discovered a lot about myself. I'm
grateful and gratified because I discovered myself and became the finest version of
myself that I can be.

WORKING PAPER NUMBER 2.2

1. Can you identify with any of the characters mentioned – Manny Pacquio and Pia Alonzo
Wurtzbach? In what ways?
 Manny Pacquiao comes from an impoverished home; his father killed their dog so
that they could eat. He is a warrior in his own right because of his hard work and
dedication, he became one of the second most paid athletes in the world, which is
why I think that nothing is impossible if you focus on your objectives rather than
your issues.
 Pia Alonzo is a true inspiration. She is an independent lady who did not seek
hurdles but instead focused on her ambition of being Miss Universe 2015. Pia
tried out for Bb. Pilipinas twice but didn't make it, and at the third, she was named
Miss Universe Philippines and Miss Universe. In life, you do not need to work
quickly on your objectives; perhaps it is not for you today, but you must wait for
the process out because I believe drive and dedication will lead us to success.

2. What lessons can you learn from the character you have chosen?
 We face many problems in this world, whether they are difficult or not, but one
thing I learned from Pia and Manny's story is that "nothing is impossible." It may
appear difficult, but one thing is certain: they lead to success because of drive and
dedication. They may have encountered many hurdles, but they did not give up on
their ambitions.
 You don't need to work quickly on your goals; instead, you need to follow the
process so that you may reach them. We've learned to deal with people's flaws
and talents, which is fantastic, but understanding other people is far superior. It
takes a lot of bravery and fortitude to follow your heart and become who you
want to be.

3. How would you like your life story to be told? Share/write your own future story.
 If my life were to be told, I would like it to be both inspirational and exact. I want
my tale to touch the hearts of others and inspire them to become better people. I
want it to be an inspiration and encouragement for them to achieve their goals. I
want it to show them that our goal is not insurmountable. Simply work hard and
concentrate. All of the challenges are surmountable, and we will triumph if we
persevere. As much as I want my narrative and myself to be remembered as great,
I don't want to be remembered as a perfect person. We are all human, and it is
normal for us to make errors. And these blunders will teach us how to be better
people.

WORKING PAPER 2.3

MY RECIPE OF SUCCESS

INGRIDIENTS:

 2 SACK OF HARDWORK
 7 TBSP. OF POSITIVITY
 3 KILOS OF PERSEVERANCE
 3 CUPS OF LOVE
 1 BAG OF TRUST
 1 CUP OF HUMBLENESS

PROCEDURE:

1. You must first cook 2 sacks of hard work and 3 kilograms of perseverance in a pan of
success.
2. After that, combine 3 cups of love, 1 bag of trust, 7 tablespoons of positivity, and 1 cup
of humbleness in a separate dish.
3. Stir thoroughly to ensure a thorough mixing.
4. The recipe for success is complete and ready for you to fulfill your goals. You just need
to cook properly and not be a fast chef; you need a step-by-step method. Put the prepared
food and ready to achieve our goals in a container of success.

All individuals desire is to achieve their life objectives or to be successful. We may face
several obstacles in order to do this. We must persevere in the face of adversity, focusing on
our objectives rather than our difficulties. "Life is like a roller coaster; you go up and
down at random. It's like a wheel in our lives; if you're on top, you're highly successful and
can do anything you want in life; if you're at the bottom, you're impoverished; and in life, we
don't know if we're on top or bottom, but one thing is certain: you have to work hard to reach
to the top.
