Specification of Steel Billets Specifications and Grades

This document specifies the requirements for steel billets used for structural and concrete reinforcement applications. It provides the chemical composition limits for carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, and sulfur depending on the billet size. It also lists the size ranges, weights, lengths, and physical parameter requirements including tolerances, defects allowed, and identification marking. The billets must meet ASTM A615, BS4449, or KWS GSO ISO 6935-2/2012 standards.
