Re: Notice of Lakeland Peloton Reduction in Force
Dear Ms. Omran,
am writing on behalf of Peloton interactive Inc. to give you notice that there will
be a permanent reduction in force at the Lakeland location of Peloton, located at 5725
New Tampa HWY, Bay 1-3, Lakeland, FL 33815. Notification of layoffs will begin on
February 8, 2022. This reduction in force is expected to be permanent and will affect 58
employees of Peloton in this location. The entire location will close.
Because this will impact a business within your geographical jurisdiction, this
written notice is being provided at this time in accordance with the provisions of the
federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act ("WARN’), 29 U.S.C. §§ 2101
et seq. All affected employees are being notified directly of the separation date and that
their separation from employment will be permanent.
The positions affected and number of affected employees currently in those
positions are as follows:
