This lists the flight, accommodation, car hire and/or other services that are financially protected. If we, or the supplier identified
on your ATOL Certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or
otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you
under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims
which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the
travel agent (or your credit card issuer where application). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another
body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.

Booking Term & Conditions
Your contract will subject to these booking conditions.
Definitions: Within these booking Terms and Conditions, the following words shall have the following
meanings:
Travel Agent: Gia Travel who in the course if it’s business provides advice and information and acts as an
intermediary in the process of realizing agreements in the field of travel.
Travel Service Provider: The airline, the hotel, car hire company, insurance provider and/or any other service
provider in the field of travel, such in the broadest sense of the word, with whom the Customer enters into an
agreement and who, with due observance of the applicable terms and conditions, is responsible for carrying
out the service.
Services: means a service offered by the website, such as a booking of transport services, accommodation
services, car-hire services, insurance service and dynamically packaged holiday services.
Customer: the client (registered customer) or, b) the person on whose behalf the services provided by the
Travel Agent have been agreed and who has accepted that condition.
Contract: The booking or contract/order between the Traveller/Customer and the Travel Supplier. The Travel
Agent and Website acts as an interface in the transactions involved with the Travel Supplier.
Website: means the http://www.giatravel.co.uk website. Working days: Monday to Saturday from 8am to
6.00pm, except legal holidays, unless the travel agent expressly states that different opening hours apply. Full

When you make a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree that we will be acting as an agent only for the
relevant travel service provider, including in relation to packages that we arrange, and that neither Gia Travel
nor any of its directors, employees or agents has any liability of any nature in connection with the relevant
travel service, except as set out in these Booking Conditions and the Package Travel Regulations.
Any booking you make will be with the relevant travel service provider and not Gia Travel. The relevant travel
service provider, and not Gia Travel, will be responsible to you for the provision of the relevant travel service.
Any services we provide to you are collateral to our agency relationship with the travel service provider and are
separate to the actual provision of the travel services.
For any Services that you book while on travel arranged by us, your contract will be with the operator of
Service Provider and not with us and your legal rights in connection with such Services will be against that
Service Provider. We are not responsible for the provision of the Service for anything that happens during the
course of its provision by the operator, except to the extent caused by fault on our part.
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us with a Gia Travel an invoice number acknowledging
that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
Payment by you at the time of placing an order does not automatically mean your booking is confirmed. Your
order constitutes an offer to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us acting on behalf of the
provider. We are not obliged to accept your order and may, at our discretion, decline the order. Where we
accept your order, we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email Invoice with details of
service you requested that confirms that the booking has been accepted on behalf of the provider. All prices
are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. If a pricing correction affects your
pending order, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your booking at the correct price, or we will cancel
and refund your pending order without penalty.
Please note, the Service Provider/Airline reserves the right to change or cancel the flight schedule at any time
prior to departure and we advise you to contact us or airline to check the latest status of your tickets at least
03-days prior to departure. Gia Travel is not responsible for any airline operational matters and we act only as a
booking/ticketing agent for the Service Provider, airlines or issuing consolidator. Visa documentation & health
precautions along with any reconfirmation of flights are customer's responsibility. It is your responsibility to
check all names as per passport and it not possible to change name one booking are confirmed also make sure
all other details are correct like dates of departure, airport, etc as some of the airline and/or booking class
would not allow to change it. When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept
and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions and agree on behalf of everyone
travelling in your party to be bound by them. All bookings must be made by a person aged eighteen years or
over and they are responsible for making all payments due to us in accordance with our contract. Upon part or
full payment will be treated by us as confirmation that you have read, understood, and accepted these booking
conditions.
In case of any mistake found on the booking, need to inform before 17:00 hours on the day you are booking,
and ticket need to void and reissue on the same day. In case of same class or fare not available to rebook, its
customer to responsibilities to pay the difference on top of the admin charge. Please note that our admin fees
will be £50/- per ticket which is non-refundable in addition to the Service Provider charges. Admin charges will
apply for voiding of booking, cancellation, reissue, amendment, revalidation, refund due to flight schedule
change / cancelled, etc. If you made only part payment and it is customer’s responsibility to make the
remaining on or before your committed date otherwise your booking will get cancelled and you do not get any
refund.
Before making any payment, its customers responsibility to enquire about seating, food, baggage allowance,
cancellation charges, refund amount, etc. We advise you to take appropriate insurance to cover your ticket cost
as Gia travel take no liability if airline(s) cease to trade. Gia Travel cannot accept any responsibility if you fail to
receive your e-tickets due to your junk email settings or any other reason. Its customer responsibility to advise
us if you do not receive your tickets/ e-tickets on the day you booked and paid in full. We recommend that you
