Sensors and accuracy

The CMM specifications are only valid when using original accessories by ZEISS. The specified parameters are observed in the application of the internal test instructions for acceptance
testing and in the use of the released standards in accordance with the ISO 10360 series.

ZEISS VAST XXT 1)


Scanning and single-point sensor. Measuring speed up to max. 2.5 seconds per point and up to
500 points/s by scanning. Axial stylus length 30-150 mm; radial stylus length up to 65 mm (star stylus);
