When using WiPay, please ensure that you press the “Added to
above amount” option when making payments.

Both local and regional payments are to be made in TTD.


Further Payment Details
• Payments are due the 1st of the month.

• Classes run uninterrupted until the end of the academic year.

• The easiest method of payment is PayPal because you can do it online, it is immediate and
easily tracked.

• Fast Deposits are our least preferred method. If used, please put our contact number – 784-
0619 on the receipt and ensure that the receipt is stamped.

• Receipts for all payments must be sent to the admin and uploaded unto the online system using
the quick receipt upload form. Do not forget after uploading to notify the admin. (New Students
can get the link for this form from the admin)

• The Student Hub Bank Accounts are in the respective Chaguanas Branches (FCB and Republic
BANK), but you can pay at any branch of the banks in Trinidad. You do not need to go to
Chaguanas to make your payment.

• Bank Transfers can be online, or you can opt to do a walk-in deposit over the teller.

• If you are doing payments using bank deposits, be sure to get a valid receipt and send a copy of it
to the admin. It is a good idea to keep copies of receipts for yourself as well.

• If payments are outstanding by one month without prior notice, the student will be temporarily
removed from the class.

• Please note: Once a student leaves or takes a break from the class, they are de-registered and
access to the Class Drive will be lost. Access to the Drive can be regained once a cover fee for the
missed month(s) is made. The cover fee is 100 TTD or 16 USD per missed month.
