Project Title: Discrete Wavelet Transform and Fuzzy C-
means clustering based Image Compression Technique.
Description
This is the project to reduce the number of bits
to represent the pixels of the image which results the
compressed image with high Compression Ratio and reconstruct
the original image with good quality and High PSNR (Peak
Signal to Noise Ratio) by using fuzzy clustering technique.
