The Starting Window

Turning the key switch on

The Starting Window


When the starting check is completed,
the meter window is automatically displayed after:
four seconds if the check is successfully completed.
eight seconds if the check is failed.
However, you can display the meter window immediately
by pressing the [○] check key.

Note: ①
The meter window is displayed if you press the [X] key
in the starting window.

1. Displaying Alarm and Fault Information

The Meter Window *(attention) meter screen is a thing of EX8000-1.


[←] is displayed when the alarm is incurred. It is not
displayed under the normal circumstances.
[→] is displayed when the fault is incurred. It is not
displayed under the normal circumstances.

1. Displaying the IO Monitor Menu Window (the Shortcut Key)
Press the [↑] key while holding the [*] key to display
the IO monitor menu window.
2. Checking the Warning
Press the [←] key while holding the [*] key to display
the alarm list window. All alarms are displayed in
this window.
3. Checking the Failure
Press the [←] key while holding the [*] key to display
the fault list window. All faults are displayed in
this window.
4. Displaying the Gauge Values
Press the [?] key while holding the [*] key to display
the gauge values. Press the keys again to hide the values.

In the Setting Menu 2 window (Easter egg ), you can access:


Language setup (changes among English, Spanish, and Japanese)
Autolube (sets the auto-lubrication check mode)
IO Monitor (displays the I/O status of the MC/IDUV/DLU/ELU/HMU controllers)
Setting Serviceman mode setup (sets the meter window and the time for the alarm and fault massage)
Color Adjust (adjusts the LCD: RGB and position)
