Our Resource Speaker/Invited Guest for today's PNPTI Report to the People Program
belongs to a largest subgroup of the ethnolinguistic group Bisaya. He has integrity, insight,
inclusiveness in serving the Filipino People and a leader with a vision.

The man who is known to be one of the visionary police commissioned officers in RTC 5.
His journey began as a student at Alberto T Aguja Memorial Central School where he
spends and finished primary education from 1978-1984, and his secondary education at
Cariraga Municipal High School in 1988.

Because of his great passion and patriotism, he became a graduate of Philippine National
Police Academy “KABALIKAT” class of 1998. This man did not stop to pursue more, he
took master’s degree in Management at Philippine Christian University.

Aside from being humble, courageous, and dedicated to his work, there is no doubt that
he receives a bountiful blessings and gargantuan award in his service. Progress and
improvement never stops, there are the leading factors into the success of a person. We
must be equipped with skills that is needed as a law enforcer. Let us all welcome the
visionary and dauntless PLTCOL GENARO DE PAZ PERUDA, Sir
