II. Proposal summary

 Municipality of Lapuyan is an indigenized community whereas they only rely on their
unsafe daily consumption of water sources. Mostly of the subanen families utilizes water
resources from their balon or basically known as Tabay. Without the scientific testing of the
potableness of the water.
According to our survey, it was around five (5)thousand families aims to be delivered
local potable water in their households.
To address the problem above we propose the following;
1. Purchase and locate plumbing machineries and equipment and as well as the identified
water reservoir. This allows us to provide the need of every local household.
To complete this project by the end of the current fiscal year without disrupting our
current operation, we need to approve an increase of 1 Million Pesos.

The identified locality was found lacking in potable water supply, water are unsafe for
the local consumers.

IV. Problem statement or assessed of need

Subanen community has no safe water resources; and is therefore conduct initiatives to
address the needs.

Objectives:
1. To provide potable water supply in every household.
And generally benefited the entire locality of Lapuyan

This project is under bids and consulted in different sectors, to which aim for approval for
