Incorporation
Mr. Sachin Jog, a dynamic entrepreneur founded 'Buzz Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd.' in 2004.
He has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from Institute of
Management Development & Research (IMDR), Pune and has over 14 years experience in the
corporate world. He started his career with Citibank N.A then moved on to the NBFC industry
during the boom. He has also worked with Mashreq Bank, HDFC Bank Ltd and DHL Express.

Buzz Corporate Services is a 9001:2008 ISO Certified Company by TUV AUSTRIA CERT. We are
one of the leading executive search firms providing one stop solution for HR functions such as
Executive Search, Staffing solutions, Payroll management, and Background verification reporting
services. With its registered office based in Mumbai, Buzz Corporate Service is also present in
Kolkata and shortly will be starting operations at Pune.

In temporary/ outsourced staffing, the proposal for HR Transactional Services is presented in 3 key
processes:
Non - Mission crucial areas may be managed through contractual staffing. It could be on a 3, 6, 12 or 18
months contract through Buzz Corporate. Staffing compliance’s (PF, ESI etc.), assistance on Income Tax
Returns, Pay Roll Processing etc. are maintained internally and a package costing is developed. These
processes such as payroll management and support recruitment are critical for managing the work force.
In Assessment Services, we assist our clients with assessment of candidates on key areas as required by
the client. Our preliminary screen tests and interviews probe candidate’s education & skills, past
experience, aspiration levels, future plans, temperament, mental dexterity, general knowledge on
current affairs etc. Candidates are interviewed telephonically/ personally. Aptitude tests are also
administered to help us understand their job inclination better.
Note: Once the candidate is short listed and sent to the client for selection process the selected
candidate is given the ‘letter of appointment’ and is scheduled for the ‘Orientation Program’, to join
the client organization.

- For all assignments at executive levels charges would be at 8.33% of the annual CTC of the
candidate recruited.
- For all assignments at middle management level i.e. Asst. Mgr upwards charges would be 10.00 %
of the annual CTC of the candidate placed.
- For all senior assignments, charges would be at 12.00 % of the annual CTC for a non-exclusive
assignment.
- The Annual CTC of the candidate would include the following components:
- Basic, HRA, LTA, Medical, Fixed Allowances, Retrials, Perquisites as valued and any other assured
sum.
- Payment is to be made by you within 30 days of the appointment of the candidate. Payment is to
be made by an A/C Payee cheque or by Demand draft favoring “Buzz Corporate Services Pvt.
Ltd." payable at Mumbai.
- In the event of the candidate leaving the employment of the client organization within 90 days,
then Buzz Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd, which will be referred as Buzz Corporate undertake to
replace the candidate free of charge in full at client option, provided Buzz Corporate is informed
within 90 days period.
- A copy of the Appointment letter issued to the candidate can be forwarded to us after the
appointment that helps us to find details of the salary package being offered for the purpose of
billing.
- In accepting Curriculum vitae, it is agreed that all information about the candidate will be
treated as confidential and that no independent background checking will be done without first
consulting.

- The Service charges for the Administrative and Recruitment Support process will be charged at a
flat rate of 15% (Fifteen Percent) of the Total Cost of the Candidate (TCC) & Rs. 1500/- as
Recruitment charges( for first Month Only) .
- Buzz Corporate would be raising the bill on the 22nd of every month on the agreed amount;
payment should be electronically transferred to ‘Buzz Corporate Account’ by the 25th of the same
month.
- The total cost will be inclusive of the salary of the candidate (inclusive of Basic, HRA, and
allowances, etc.) and PF, ESI,TDS calculation, TDS returns, Form 16, Salary Certificate, ESI / PF
returns, professional tax as per state govt. and other statutory, legal contributions.
Modus Operandi: The attendance will be fed into the system software through a structured process on a
monthly basis in coordination with the Client as per the client salary cycle and post to which the total
payroll amount would be worked out. Buzz Corporate would release the salaries as per the client’s
company policy.
Kindly note: The service tax as applicable, presently 10.33% of the total billing, will be charged as per
the govt. rules and regulations
