The meeting started at 9:10 A.M.. Opening prayer was given by Assistant Secretary Mrs.
Bienvenida Quirante followed by singing of the Pambansang Awit led by Gen. Secretary Mrs.
Guillerma Mambayan.
The business meeting started at 9:15 A.M. presided by SC Pres. Mrs. Leonora C. Villasan.
As usual the meeting began with the call to order, roll call, reading of the AGENDA and reading
of the minutes of the previous meeting read by the Secretary and approved by the August body
after which they were adopted by the assembly as moved by Mrs. Bienvenida Quirante
seconded by Mrs. Mauricia Basay assistant treasurer.
On other hand treasurer’s report are itemized below:
Mortuary Fund ₱13,850.00
Total Pondo 12,626.00
Expenses 1,888.00
After the report of the treasurer no remarks had been raised so it was approved for
adoption as moved by Assist. Treasurer Mrs. Mauricia Basay seconded by Assist. Secretary Mrs.
Bienvenida P. Quirante.
The SC President Mrs. Leonora C. Villasan reminded to all unvaccinated SC to submit
themselves to be vaccinated. She also adviced the late comers SC to affix their signature on the
attendance sheet after the meeting.The total members is 135 SOCPEN=86 male – 39 female –
47. Non SOCPEN 49 – male – 19, female – 30.
The Compra SC Organization received 5 canes/sungkod from Federated SC of the
province of ZN.
This coming National Election 2022, every barangay is entitled to have 3 volunteered SC
watchers for Arquiza representative of Party List Senior Citizen.
UCT beneficiaries were informed about the release of UCT which was tentatively
scheduled on February 8, 2022. All SC were also informed about the different meetings every
month. Board meeting is scheduled every 3 rd Friday of the month. General monthly meeting will
be done every last Monday of the month and FSCAP meeting is every last Wednesday of the
month. MSWD report is every last Friday every month.
Death replacement: The following names are replacers taken from the approved waiting
list of the deaths happened in our barangay.
1. Mrs. Arcelita Mandado in lieu of late Angel Antipuesto
2. Mr. Ludy Mandado in lieu of late Mauro Bandico
3. Mrs. Susana Suerte in lieu of late Maria Pascua
4. Mrs. Teresita Bahunsua in lieu of late Bonifacio Hainar
During the board meeting, it was also discussed the physical condition of SC Rosita
Alison who is
sick of Alzheimer. No relatives to take care of here, two concerned outsiders volunteered to
take care of Rosita Alison. So the SC officers come up to decide to contribute ₱10.00 every
member monthly for the financial support of the caretakers and the SC Rosita Alison. This was
unanimously approved by the body during the monthly meeting. The financial support of
₱1,350 is to be given monthly. If the membership is increased the financial support will also
increase.
Since no other matters to discuss Sgt-at-Arms Mr. Alexander Lomongo motioned to end
the meeting seconded by BOD Mrs. Felisa Abule. The meeting was adjourned at 11:31 A.M.
