Normal Design :
1.Suction nozzle(DN 50) is horizontal towards right, seen from suction end & with flange rating of DIN 2532/10.
Discharge nozzle (DN 40) is vertically up with flange rating of DIN 2534/25.
2.Grease lubricated deep groove ball bearings with guaranteed life of 25000 operating hours.
3.Axial thrust balancing by means of back vanes, integrally cast on individual impeller pressure shroud.

Hot Water Design :


A. Stuffing box packing with cooling cover.
As a standard, uncooled soft packings are provided with sealing connection on suction side. For higher pumped
media temperatures, stuffing box can be provided with cooling cover facilitating the external cooling.
B. Bearings
Roller bearing on suction side
As a standard, deep groove ball bearings are provided on both the ends. For hot water execution the deep groove
ball bearing on suction side is replaced by roller bearing.
