TOPIC 1: ANIMALS
1. What’s your favorite animals? Why?
Well, my favorite animal is the cat, I really really love cats. I don’t know why when I see
a cat I feel very happy. They are friendly, small and I think no animal is more adorable
than a cat.
2. Are people in your country fond of animals?
Yes, of course. People in my country love animals. Many people keep animals as a pet.
You could easily find a dog or a cat in many houses.
3. What kind of animals as a pet do the people have in your country?
In my country, most people have dogs to guard their houses. Some people also have a
cat, fish, hamster or a bird as their pet. People like being around them and caring for
them.
4. Do you think cities are suitable places for keeping a pet?
In my opinion, I think cities are not suitable places for keeping a pet. Firstly, animals
love open space. Secondly, the air in the countryside is extremely fresh and peaceful,
this gives pets a healthier life. Finally, people who live in the city is too busy to take care
of their pet. The animal will feel lonely and maybe they will get sick.
5. What kind of animals do you think children like?
I can’t say for sure. I think it really depends on their personality. Some children will like
dogs or cats, they can play with them and have a lot of fun. Some children, however,
adore birds because of their beautiful voices.
6. What was your favorite animal when you were a child?
I was a big fan of birds. For me, they are beautiful and lovely creatures. They have a
beautiful voice also.
7. Did you have any pets when you were a child?
Unfortunately, no. My parents didn’t allow me to keep a pet because they were
worried that I could be bitten by them.
8. What types of work can animals do?
Let me see. First, it is entertainment, some animals can perform, do math,.. People
train dogs to find criminals or guard their houses
9. Are animals used for work in your country?
Yes, they are. In my country, we train dogs to find criminals, that call police dogs. We
use buffalo to plough
10. Would you like to work with wild animals? Why / Why not?

My answer is no. I think it is really dangerous. Wild animals can hurt me and attack
people.
11. What are some advantages and disadvantages of working with wild animals?
Advantages is wild animals are strong, fast they can carry heavy goods
Disadvantages is they are really dangerous. Wild nimals that are born to live in a tough
aggressive environment so find it difficult to stay in this environment along with
humans. Wild animals can hurt attack people.
12. What could be some problems that animals face while being used for entertainment.?
Animals just like human, can feel fear, stress, exhaustion and pain. They will miss their
natural habitat
13. Using animals for entertainment should be banned. Do you agree?
From my point of view, I agree with that view, it is necessary to ban it. Animals just like
us, can feel fear, stress, exhaustion and pain. They need food and love. Animal should
need the same right as humans, please don’t hurt them. They deserve better and need
better if you can't love your animals then you don't need them for entertainment so.
