4. RESPONSIBILITIES
A. PROJECT MANAGER
1. It Is the overall responsiblity of PM to organize resources to perform
construction activites as per project speciations, in compliance with quality,
Schodule and safety requirements.
1B. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
1. tis the responsiblity of CM that construction activities are executed according
to the relevant project specifications, In compllance with quality, schedule &
safety cequirements

1. Chil Engineer shall monitor and manage al cladding works as per IFC drawings
and project specications under sefe conditions in conformance with contractor
site safety plan.
2. Coordinate lading work with al related works

Safety Officer would be responsible fr the following items:
1. —-Howill make sure that all onstruction activites would be carried

5. PROCEDRE:

* Before installing exterior stone cladding systems, build mockup to verify
Selections made under sample Submittals and to demonstrate sesthetic effects
and Qualities of materials and execution.
* Build mockups to comply with the following Requirements, using materials
Indicated forthe completed Work:
1. Approved mockups may become part of the completed Work if undisturbed
at ime of hand over.
* Mock-ups shall be prepared ina size and location as IFC drawings & as
required by Project architect.
* Mock-ups shal be executed for stone color, patter, aesthetic quantities and
‘workmanship.
* Approved Mockcups shall serve as a standard far variation af calor, texture
and workmanship |
* Mock-ups shal be assembled to stimulate final conltions, indicating
alljoint/connection & corner details, use ofall required accessories,

established on adjacent walls and columns to the lection of installation,

here deemed necessary. These lines shall be kept in place during
installation and shall be checked regularly. If any deviations from

racking tool to remove excess grout or mortar from the surface of the
stone. You may also use a wet brush to brush away small cement stains
that got left behing,
