PROJECT TITLE: Thanksgiving Dinner
BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Thanksgiving is one of the national holidays inviting
families, friends, and neighbors that relish a great
enjoyment of a delicious feast, live music,
entertainment and fun games.
LISTS OF STAKEHOLDERS/ROLES: Pierre Louis Charles - Project Manager
Project Management Duties
★ Control, Plan, and Execute the project
OBJECTIVES (3-5 THAT APPLY THE SMART SMART Goal - SPECIFIC
CRITERIA): ➢ I want to launch the thanksgiving dinner and
invite 30 members to join the delicious meal and
enjoy watching live music entertainment, playing
board games at the Cameron Family Home
SMART GOAL - MEASURABLE
➢ I need to invite 30 members including 20 adults
and 10 children to the Thanksgiving dinner and
also cook different delicious foods including
turkey, ham, sweet potato, green beans, mac
and cheese, and desserts (Ice cream, pumpkin
pie, and sweet potato pie, and cake). It depends
on how much it would cost to make on the
budget. Also, we must make sure that we have
more than 30 chairs and six tables for guests
SMART GOAL - ACHIEVABLE
➢ I face the challenge of receiving materials
including sound speakers, audio, tv screen for
our musicians. The musicians can bring their
own stools and face the audience. Otherwise,
they can bring their pot luck as well so they can
eat more food as much as they want.
SMART GOAL - REALISTIC
➢ We believe that we are able to reach our goals
and celebrate our Thanksgiving dinner.
Hopefully they enjoy eating their great meal and
listening to live music. The kids are very
comfortable playing board games.
SMART GOAL - TIMELY
➢ Building on the goal, We will be able to start the
project on October 1, 2021 and organize the
event and complete the planning process by our
deadline of the event date, November 1st. We
will be able to complete the project in one month
and implement the solution.
