A RESOLUTION CONDUCTING A “TUTULONG AKO PROGRAM 2021 “ AMIDST PANDEMIC TO
MAINTAIN THE CLEANLINESS AND ORDERLINESS OF CALAWAG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL GROUND.

WHEREAS, DepEd Order No.47 Series of 2014 entitled CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS OF THE
SUPREME PUPIL GOVERNMENT AND SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT IN ELEMENTARY AND
SECONDARY SCHOOLS , Article III, Section 6.3 states that SSG Officers have to help develop a
student-friendly, safe and motivating learning environment.
WHEREAS, Artcle V, Bill of Rights, Section 4 states that a student/officer has the right to conduct the
program for students’ welfare.
WHEREAS, Calawag National High School Supreme Student Government Officers will be conducting
” Tutulong Ako Program Amidst Pandemic “that aims to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of
the school ground for students’ welfare.
WHEREAS, as Supreme Student Government Officers have the rights to protect, care and develop
the school premises for the students’ welfare.
WHEREAS, the program has the following activities: Repainting the CNHS basketball court and school
benches, landscaping and cleaning the school grounds.
WHEREAS, the SSG designs the schedule of Officers of the day to do the tasks mentioned in the
program, names listed below are the officers who are assigned to be in school to perform the tasks
given to them.
Monday: Angelo V. Erandio and Remz Gerome M. Erandio and company
Tuesday: Fritz Kyle G. Delaraga and Jan Michael Inocencio and company
Wednesday Jezabel E. Galapin and Beya Joy G. Estaniel and company
Thursday: Janaiza Faith C. Fuentes and Rea Cyral Gamarcha and company
Friday: Evermel M. Nolsol and Myca G. Abian and company
WHEREAS, As part of the program, due to financial constraints the Student Supreme Government
plans to make a donation box to raise funds to be utilized in conducting the program.
NOW THEREFORE, through the motions of Fritz Kyle G. Delaraga, Janaiza Faith C. Fuentes, and Myca
G. abian, duly seconded by Evermel M. Nolsol, the program was successfully agreed.
BE IT RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved that this program will be effectively launching on February 1,
2021.
