Non- automated Equipment
 Folio Tray- it is a bucket where the guest folios are kept
and arranged according to guest room number. Once the
account is settled, the folios are moved to their permanent
                          locations.
Voucher Rack - it serves as a container for vouchers
 issued that will be used for future reference or for
         verification during the night audit.
Automated Equipment
   Account posting Machine-This is used for
  calculating, posting, monitoring, and balancing
           charges and guest accounts.
 Telephone equipment- It consists of call accounting
system or software, private automatic branch exchange
   (PABX), switchboard, fax machine, call detection
             software, and wake up calls.
 Security Monitor- It comes in the form of a
 closed-circuit television(CCTV) camera for
security personnel to monitor certain areas of
                   the hotel.
Multizone clocks-These server as indicators of the time at different time zones around
                                    the world.
