INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses XXX, of XXX, for the crime of THEFT,


defined and penalized under Article 308 in relation to paragraph 3 of
Article 309 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by RA 10951,
committed as follows:

“ That on or about XXX o’clock in the morning of XXX ,


in XXX, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the above named accused, with
intent to gain, did then and there, willfully, unlawfully
and feloniously take, steal and carry away personal
items of XXX, amounting to twenty two thousand
ninety-nine pesos ( P 22,000.00), without the latter’s
knowledge and consent, to its damage and prejudice
in the aforesaid amount.

The crime is aggravated by the fact that the accused


is a habitual delinquent as he was released on 9
August 2019 for the crime of theft and that he was
convicted for the commission of estafa on 10 February
2014 and was released on 11 June 2015.”
