We, PT KINGSFORD GOLD INTERNATIONAL as a Foreign Capital Company in Indonesia, was


represented by Arnold Zakaria as the sales division. Hereby confirms with full legal and corporate
responsibility and under legal responsibility and under oath that we are ready, willing and able to enter
into a contract agreement for a minimum period of the trial, for sales of a minimum in accordance with
specifications , the terms and conditions under the agreed procedures as mentioned below :

diwakili oleh Arnold Zakaria sebagai bagian penjualan. Dengan ini mengonfirmasi dengan tanggung jawab hukum
dan perusahaan penuh dan di bawah tanggung jawab hukum dan di bawah sumpah bahwa kami siap, bersedia
dan dapat masuk ke dalam perjanjian kontrak minimum masa percobaan, untuk penjualan minimal sesuai dengan
spesifikasi, syarat dan ketentuan di bawah prosedur yang disepakati seperti yang disebutkan di bawah ini :

d. Purity and Rust : 99.90% to 99.99% and 24 Carat
e. Logo : Logo Antam or International Logo
f. Test : Assayer by ANTAM or agreed Assayer
Komoditas : Emas Batangan Bersertifikat, hasil produksi 5 tahun terakhir
Negara Asal : Indonesia atau Thailand
Bentuk : Batangan 1 Kg atau 12,5 Kg
Kemurnian dan Karat : 99,90% s/d 99,99% dan 24 Karat
Logo : Logo Antam atau Logo Internasional
Pengujian : Assayer oleh ANTAM atau Assayer yang di sepakati

2. QUANTITY
Minimum trial purchase : 60 Kg
Minimal pembelian percobaan : 60 Kg

3. PRICE AND DISCOUNT


a. Contract Price : LBMA and RTI valid on the day and time of the transaction
b. Discount : 7%with division:
4% Cash back to Buyer
1% Mediator Seller
1% Middle mediator
1% Mediator Buyer
c. Currency : IDR or USD (Exchange rate based on LBMA calculation)
Harga Kontrak : LBMA dan RTI yang berlaku pada hari dan jam saat transaksi
Discount : 7% dengan pembagian:
4% Cash back ke Buyer
1% mediator Seller
1% mediator Tengah
1% mediator Buyer
Mata Uang : IDR atau USD (Kurs berdasarkan perhitungan LBMA)
