JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF
TWO DISINTERESETED PERSONS

We, ARTEMIO DURAN, 70 years of age, widower and a resident of #14 D.


Flor Street, Brgy. 2, Laoag City and ARCELIE B. FRANCISCO, 82 years old, married
and a resident of 17 V. Giron Street, Brgy. 2, Laoag City, do hereby depose and
state:

1. That we personally know the late TEODORO GUERRERO RUIZ who died
on June 25, 1967 and his son ROBERT PASCUA RUIZ who is our long-time
friend;

2. That the late TEODORO GUERRERO RUIZ is one of 9 children of the late
ADRIANO CASTRO RUIZ who died on May 26, 1958;

3. That the late ADRIANO CASTRO RUIZ has left to his heirs, including
ROBERT PASCUA RUIZ, certain properties as evidenced by hereto
attached photocopy of Final Inventory Report and marked as Annex “A”;

4. That the list of properties in the said Final Inventory Report includes the
lots sold on March 22, 2019 by ROBERT RUIZ’s sister, Elvie Severa Ruiz;

5. That ROBERT PASCUA RUIZ, being one of the surviving heirs of the late
ADRIANO CASTRO RUIZ, has been appointed by the court as
commissioner in a civil case to locate the Estate of the latter and to
render a Report and status of all properties located in Ilocos Norte;

6. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the


foregoing facts for all legal intents and purposes it may serve;
