Features General Description


 3A Output Current The GS7317 is small size chip with a high
 4.5V to 23V Input Voltage Range efficiency synchronous buck switching converter
 ±1.5% High Accuracy Feedback Voltage suitable for applications in notebook computers
 Integrated N-MOSFET Switches and other LCD Monitors. GS7317 include an
 Current Mode Control internal low Ron resistance power switch, it is
 Fix Frequency Operation : 340KHz capable of delivering 3.0A output current over a
 Output Adjustable from 0.8V to 20V wide input voltage form 4.5V to 23V.
 Up to 95% Efficiency GS7317 is current mode operation with internal
 Programmable Soft-Start compensation. The IC’s switching frequency is
 Over Current Protection (Hiccup mode) fixed internally at 340kHz. Moreover, the GS7317
 Input Under Voltage Lockout will take the same method to regulate the output
 Output Under Voltage Protection voltage when input voltage changes. When
 Thermal Shutdown Protection transient response regulated, the converter will
 PSOP-8 package maintain a new steady-state operation.
 Green Product (RoHS, Lead-Free, The integrated gate drivers feature adaptive
Halogen-Free Compliant) shoot-through protection, fast signal transmission.
Additional features include current limit hiccup
Applications mode, soft start, under voltage protection, over
 LCD TVs and Monitors voltage protection and over-temperature
 Notebook protection. The GS7317 is available in package
 Computer Peripherals PSOP-8.
