compressor controller kits to fully monitored and supported site-wide air
management systems. All products and systems are designed to reduce energy
consumption and improve the control of multiple compressor installations.
Avelair Compressed Air Filters
The Avelair range of robust compressed air filters are supplied with a differential
pressure gauge and an automatic condensate drain. High quality filtration
elements to suit all general compressed air systems are available as well as
specialist breathing air applications, sterile environments and industries where
bio filtration is required.
Avelair Refrigerant Compressed Air Dryers
Available in sizes 1 to over 2000m3/hr, the Avelair range of refrigerant
compressed air dryers are fitted with environmentally friendly gas. Fitted with
automatic condensate drains, the dryers are high quality, self contained units
ready for easy site installation.
Avelair Desiccant Compressed Air Dryers
Designed for use where pressure dew points as low as -70°C are required, the
Avelair desiccant dryers are available as either heatless or heat regenerative
options, combining desiccant performance with almost zero compressed air
loss through purge. These dryers are supplied complete with pre and after
filtration, electronic zero loss drains and optional dew-point switching.
Avelair EcoTec Converter
With the Avelair EcoTec Converter, oil contamination can be removed in one
single stage, resulting in guaranteed absolutely oil-free air and pure condensate.
The system can be installed directly into the existing compressed air line. Oil
and other hydrocarbon compounds carried over from the compressor(s) in the
compressed air and condensate are ‘cracked’ using a catalytic process and
oxidised using the oxygen within the compressed air.
Avelair Condensate Management Systems
Used for collection and purification of the oil contaminated water that is created
by almost all compressed air systems. The Avelair condensate management
system range covers compressed air systems up to 7000m3/hr.
