176. Online single window system with following features without the requirement of physical visit to the Department for Local
Transport permit of Indian Made Foreign Liquor.
• Submission of Application
• Payment of Application Fees
• Track Status of Application
• Download the Final Signed Certificate
• Third Party Verification
1. Licensee can login through website https://www.ddnexcise.gov.in. After clicking the URL following webpage will be opened.
2. After opening the website the Licensee should click on Login into IERMS ERP. The following page will be opened and
Licensee can login by selecting Licensee type “Licensee” “ and entering the login Id & Password provided by the
Department.
3. After clicking the login button, the following page will be opened, where Licensee has to click on red button displayed in the
image below.
4. After clicking the red button, the following options in Module will appear. The Licensee has to click on “Permit Module”.
5. After clicking permit button, the following page will appear and Licensee has to Select “Transport Pass [Manufacture to
Wholesale]” in Permit Application
6. The Licensee now has to enter the details and after selecting the Item Detail, the licensee has to click on “Add” Button.
7. The fee will be automatically calculated from system. The Licensee has to click on “Save & Final” button after checking the
details.
8. After clicking on “Save & Final”, the following screen will appear. The Licensee has now to click on Challan Print option.
9. After clicking the button, the following screen will appear. The Licensee can now pay fees using Online Payment Gateway.
10. The User now has to click on upload document.
11. The Licensee has now to upload all the required documents as shown below.
12. The licensee now has to click on submit button as shown below.
13. The following information message will appear.
14. The Licensee can check the status in Permit Request List as shown below.
15. Post approval from the Department, the Licensee can see that permit is generated. The Licensee can now download the
final digitally signed document.
16. Any third party can verify the above permits by visiting website www.ddnexcise.gov.in/home/permitdetail. The permit number
which is mentioned on permit itself must be entered and “Go” Button must be clicked on.
17. Permit details will be shown as below.
