DONATION CERTIFICATE

At the request of Mrs. Laetitia Ariane Deza born May 17, 1945 in Hesdin in France Registered in
the official journals of France under the number of his Identity Card 071262100841 residing in lot
N12 Villa 147 PARIS residential in France, which donates ( 750,000.00 Euros and all my actions
including my business). The donor is definitely shedding the good and cannot by her will alone
take back what he has bequeathed. The donor has no children, which means that they cannot be
disinherited for the benefit of a third party. Unlike a will, which can be revoked at any time, a
donation is irrevocable. I have said and declared to Mr. Gutierrez Daniel Ray; Country: United
States of America, City: Phoenix, Postal code: 85033 profections: Metal fabricator, Bank name:
Varo bank, Account number: 42569437,124303201, Bank address: 222 Kearny Street Ninth Floor
San Francisco, CA 94108 USA, that by the present, my petitioner signifies them, in accordance
with article 4 law 77-995- of 18-12-77 donation regulations and under the terms of the following
various articles: 943, 931, 932, 944, 953 , 960.1076 of the Civil Code. From this day of Friday July
09, 2021 and after certification by the Paris Court of First Instance, Mr. Gutierrez Daniel Ray the
full power to use this deed of donation to the withdrawal of these said funds and may anywhere
and in any circumstance present this deed of donation for the withdrawal of these funds by paying
all taxes in force.

Mr Gutierrez Daniel Ray should pay the sum of € 976 to Banque Postale France. Mrs Laetitia
Ariane Deza holds an account where the said sum of ( 750,000.00 Euros and all my actions
including my business). will be transferred to the account of Mr Gutierrez Daniel Ray La Banque
Postale France, which will be responsible for transferring the said sum of ( 750,000.00 Euros and
all my actions including my business). Within hours of the payment Mutation costs of documents
in the name of the new heir of Mrs. Laetitia Ariane Deza

. Mr Gutierrez Daniel Ray Devras give the details of his account at the bank in order to make the
transfer safely. My applicant says that he will undertake to answer through the voice of the
Notary Mr Jean-Marc Longoni

In all eventualities, the questions relating to these funds of which I am the donor because of my
degraded state of health. I certify that the information provided from this said deed is valid and
authentic, in witness whereof I issue this deed of donation to serve and assert that of right.
