The barangay officials of Jacmal and Ifugao State University – Aguinaldo Campus request that the provincial governor allocate funds to pave the front entrance of the university's main office building. The entrance area is currently unpaved and erodes during heavy rains. They estimate the paving will cover an area of 25-30 meters long by 3 meters high with steps in the center. The officials also request that the congressman allocate funds to construct bleachers on the right and left sides of the university gymnasium to prevent water and wind from entering and to provide seating for community events held there.

Resolution

UNIVERSITY – AGUINALDO CAMPUS EARNESTLY REQUESTING THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR


HONORABLE JERRY U. DALIPOG TO SOURCE OUT AND ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE PAVEMENT
OF FRONTSTAGE OF THE MAIN OFFICE AT IFSU AGUINALDO CAMPUS.

WHEREAS, an office of the university was constructed on an area that was


labelled/excaveted without pavement which is being carried away during heavy rains of which
it might not take long wherein the area will be eroded, thus pavement is very much needed;

WHEREAS, the stimated dimensions to be pave is more or less 25 to 30 meters in


length and 3 meters in high with step at the center of passage; and

WHEREAS, landscaping and planting of ornamental plants had not yet started unless
the pavement is finish and we don’t have any sources but to beseech your benovelent help;

WHEREFORE, on motion and duly seconded by the body in session, be it;

RESOLVED, to forward this resolution be forwarded to the Provincial Governor Hon.


Jerry U. Dalipog to cause for an allocation of fund for the wreprap (stone mazonry) of the
frontstage of an office which is a “U” type at IFSU Aguinaldo Campus, Jacmal, Aguinaldo, Ifugao
for his basis for appropriation;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that this resolution be hand carried by MR. Solomon Abbugao for
proper representation and to facilitate time;

UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED, this 7th day of October 2020 at the Barangay Hall Office,
Jacmal, Aguinaldo, Ifugao Province.

CHUNGALAO, CONGRESSMAN OF THE LONE DISTRICT OF IFUGAO TO SOURCE OUT AND
ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BLEACHER ON THE RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE OF
THE IFSU GYMNASIUM.

WHEREAS, there is a newly constructed gym at IFSU Aguinaldo Campus that needs to
be constructed with bleacher on the right and left side to prevent water and wind from
entering the gym more so that it is constracted on top of a hill;

WHEREAS, the gym will not only be used by the University populace but it can be used
as venue for other occasion of the community such as programs, seminars, re-unions and
others like sports and;

WHEREAS, when the bleachers are constructed, it will be condicive for all occassions
as their venue which will cater the needs of the students coming from different barangays and
municipalities including the host barangay that does not have a gym;

WHEREFORE, on motion be it;

RESOLVED, to forward this resolution be forwarded to the Congressman of the Lone


District of Ifugao, Hon. Solomon R. Chungalao to cause for an allocation of fund for the
construction of bleachers of the IFSU gym at Barangay Jacmal, the home of the University as his
basis for appropriation;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that this resolution be hand carried by former kagawad MR.
Solomon Abbugao for proper representation and to facilitate time;

UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED, this 7th day of October 2020 at the Barangay Hall Office,
Jacmal, Aguinaldo, Ifugao Province.
