              Be sure that the hinged lids on your trash carts are closed. Overflowed
              carts are NOT allowed and may NOT be emptied on your service day.
             The City’s R&R Guide is funded through the City’s AB 939 Environmental
         Conservation Fund. These are restricted funds that can only be allocated towards
          programs directly related to the diversion of debris from landfill disposal and/or
          the transportation of waste and recycling materials. General Fund dollars were
          not allocated towards the creation or production of this guide or any programs
