the crocodile
Muzzle and back of the head

Muzzle and back of head are crocheted with the C hook size 2 using exclusively yarn hook size 2.5 –
3.5 (yarn color: “apple green” at first). The snout will be stuffed only after insertion of demarcation
rounds with fibrefill.

Be aware of the color changing and hints for stuffing in the further description!

Body

The body is crocheted using apple green colored yarn (hook size 2.5 – 3.5) and the C hook size 2.
It needs to be filled with stuffing as you go. The body is crocheted directly into the stitch structure of
the head and will be crocheted continuously in spiral rounds.

belly

The finished belly exists of single belly subfields which are crocheted at first separately and will be
joined by crocheting each to another afterwards.
The belly subfields will be crocheted with yarn needle size C-D(E); yarncolor: mimosa using the C
hook size 2. Only when the final belly underside is sewn onto the body, each belly subfield is stuffed
with polyfill softly.
