Interview Process at Meditab
ROUND-1 APTITUDE TEST
The Interview process for Meditab Group of companies is quite different
than other companies. The aptitude test is taken online. This test consists of 4

1. Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT) -There would be 50 questions
related to Logical, Reasoning and Verbal that must be answered in 15 minutes.
There is no negative marking, so try to attempt as many questions as possible.
The more that you attempt for, the better your results may be. You should
have a sheet of blank paper and pen to help you. The questions will be
relatively easy, it’s just how well you can perform while provided with such
time constraint.
2. MiniCog Rapid Assessment (MRAB) - A test that reveals your divided
attention, reasoning skills and reaction time. This test must be taken without
any distractions. This test is divided into 9 parts and there would be a practice
session before attempting each part of this test. Please be very careful in
following the instructions given. This round is formed to check adaptability of
your brain (How fast and how well it can learn and get used to new things).
3. Employee Personality Profile (EPP) - This is a general personality test
wherein there is no right or wrong answer. You will be provided with 140
questions each having 5 options: Always true, Mostly true, Sometimes true
sometimes false, Mostly false, Always false. There is no time limit for this
round so take your time and be honest!
4. Typing Test (TT) - This test measures the speed and accuracy at which an
individual can type. It will be good for one minute. Please keep typing
whatever you see on the screen for a minute that would help us in accessing
your typing speed and accuracy.
ROUND-2 PERSONAL INTERVIEW
Once you clear round 1 now you have to be prepared for Personal
Interview. In this round there will be two more rounds a) Technical Interview
b) HR Interview. Just remember one thing whatever you have written in
resume at least you should have basic knowledge about it whether it is
Project / Skills / Technical area of interest/ Hobbies. Once you pass Technical
round there will be HR round. IN HR round there is nothing to worry about just
be yourself. Just don’t be nervous. Answer the questions accordingly and
honestly.
