SPELUB CL SERIES:
Series of fully formulated greases for lubrication of mechanical parts in centralized lubrication systems.
Spelub CL Series have excellent tackiness and adhesion that creates a protective film on the parts.
Spelub CL Series greases are ideal for telescoping movements, open & close gears, guide ways, high
speed bearings and other mechanical parts that require protection against wear and tear. Spelub CL
Series greases have good pumpability and flow.
Spelub CL Series is available with formulations of high grade mineral & synthetic oils with lithium,
lithium complex, Aluminium complex, calcium complex soaps and in organic thickeners. Based on
application details specific product can be suggested to meet end requirements.

SPELUB GWL-000:
Specially Designed for guide ways and other lateral moving parts lubricated by centralized system in
CNC and other machines. Spelub GWL-000 have superior adhesion that provide smooth movement
without stick slip.

Designed for bearings operating under moderate to heavy load and speed.

SPELUB LL/LF SERIES:

Lead free complex greases for high performance multiple applications. Spelub LL/LF provides
optimum lubrication due to the presence of complex soaps, ester and high grade additives. Spelub
LL/LF grease have higher drop points, better mechanical stability and lower oxidation. Spelub LL/LF is
ideal for all purpose and speciality applications. Spelub LL/LF increases the life of parts and re-
lubrication interval. Various applications from one lubricant lowers the inventory costs.

SPELUB WP2:
Lubricants for damp or water borne environments. Spelub WP2 possess excellent water resistance and
protects the lubricated parts against rust, corrosion and other aggressive materials. It increases the
overall performance and life of the lubricated parts.
SPELUB WPG:
Greases for mechanical parts subject to high loads and extreme moisture. Fortified with solid lubricants
Spelub WPG lowers the amount and period for re-lubrication.

SPELUB PU:
Polyurea complex grease for extreme temperature
applications. Spelub PU have unmatched
mechanical stability than other thickeners. Spelub
PU grease offer lubrication in moderate loads and
high speeds with good water resistance. Enhanced
with extreme pressure lubricants to increase load
carrying capacity without decreasing mechanical

 SPELUB HT :
In organic thickened non melt grease formulated and enhanced with solid lubricants for extreme
operating conditions. Spelub HT does not melt and leaves lower residues. Presence of solid lubricants
increases the protection against wear and tear. Bearings and mechanical parts in high temperature
zones like kiln, oven, furnaces are ideal applications of Spelub HT.

SPELUB RBL Premium :

High Performance grease for lubrication of chisel in rock breakers, drill rod thread lubrication and other
mechanical parts subject to extreme loads, shocks and vibrations. Spelub RBL Premium has range of
solid lubricants that protect against scar, wear and tear with extended re-lubrication period.

SPELUB SCC-1000 :
Complex grease that gives outstanding lubrication in high loads and vibrations specifically in jaw
crusher, impactor and vibro screens of quarries and mines. Spelub SCC-1000 is also ideal for
mechanical parts subject to high oscillating movements. Spelub SCC-1000 contains solid lubricants for
better lubrication and longer service life.
SPELUB HMP :
Complex grease with solid lubricants to provide better lubrication in moderately high temperature up-to
200° C. Spelub HMP does not form gummy solid mass and reduce grease consumption in application
like bearings in hot mix plant, chemical plants and other machineries carrying hot liquids.

SPELUB CS-2 :
For the most optimum performance in humid conditions Spelub CS-2 is formulated with calcium
sulfonate thickener that has outstanding mechanical stability. Spelub CS-2 can perform under extreme
load and high temperature for longer periods. Spelub CS-2 has peerless reversibility allowing to retain
its original consistency. Spelub CS-2 lubricates and protects the part in most damp environments in
industries like paper, steel, sugar, chemicals plant and like applications.

SPELUB CS-2 (M) :

Spelub CS-2 (M) has basic properties of Spelub CS2 and is enhanced with solid lubricants that
significantly lower the friction between moving parts for easy movements. Increase the re-lubrication
periods and service life of the lubricated parts.

 SPELUB-HD (10M) :
Complex grease with 10% molybdenum disulfide and other solid lubricants. Spelub-HD (10M) is suitable
for bush bearings in heavy loads, cams, shafts, sleeves, ball and pivot joints, splines thread joints and
other similar applications.
SPELUB-HD (20M) :
Complex grease with high percentage solid lubricants and additive package for application in high loads
and extreme frictions. Spelub HD (20M) can even extend the service life of worn out parts. Spelub HD
(20M) is ideal for application of slow speed bearings , press fit, shafts, sleeves and bearings operating in
heavy loads.

SPELUB WRC :
Formulated from semi-synthetic base oils and solid lubricants Spelub WRC out performs conventional
greases or other black greases. Increases the service life of wire ropes by protecting against corrosion
and wear. Spelub WRC has excellent resistance to water and other humid contaminants. Wire ropes
slings, drag line, elevator ropes ,crane ropes and tow line are ideal application of Spelub WRC.
SPELUB OGC-200 :
Formulated from semi-synthetic base oils and high percentage solid lubricants with excellent adhesion
properties. Spelub OGC-200 has excellent resistance to damp conditions and can resist high loads.
Spelub OGC-200 can be applied on all type of open gears, winch gears and wire ropes.

Mineral oil free ester base conductive compound with high purity nickel & others metal powders for
battery terminals, circuit. Compound fills cavities and eliminates chances of air trap and thus provides
constant contacts to prevent heating and carbon formation.

SPELUB SG/PT (5) :
Synthetic in-organic thickener grease fortified with polymeric lubricants for low frictions and long term
lubrication in medium to high temperature lubrication. Spelub SG/PT (5) is ideal for plastic to plastic and
plastic to metal lubrication.
SPELUB SG/PT (10) :
Same as SG/PT (5) but with higher solid lubricants. Spelub SG/PT (10) can handle heavy load and
extreme pressures.

various N.L.G.I. grade with base oil viscosity ranging from 30 CST to 400 CST. Typical applications like
textile machineries, auto parts & auto ancillaries, bearing manufacturers & critical machineries.

Applications Auto parts and assemblies like rear view mirrors, side view mirrors, windows, seat
assemblies, starters, wiper motors, dampers, hydraulic doors, head light assemblies,
clutch release bearings, thrust bearings, brake assemblies, indicators and other
applications where frequent lubrication is not possible.

SPELUB SG/RES Series :

For lubrication of parts that are subjected to aggressive materials like acid, ammonia, high alkaline
environments, polar and non-polar solvents or parts that are used in machinery that involve gases and
other contaminants that degrade parts and machinery.

 SILICONE COMPOUND AND GREASE
SPELUB-SI/M4 :
Medium consistency non-drip silicone compound based on silicone oil and In-organic thickener.Mold
release application in rubber, plastic, ceramics, metal, shell casting, and epoxies are applications of
Spelub SI/M4.
SPELUB-SI/HGVC :
Heavy-duty non-drip silicone compound based on high viscosity silicone oil and In- organic thickeners.
Resist mild acidic and most chemicals.Vacuum systems in laboratory, glass, vessels, industrial
stopcocks, “O” rings of chemical reaction vessels, control valves and pneumatic systems are major
applications of Spelub SI/HGVC. It is also used in mold release for rotational molds.
SPELUB-SI/LCG :
Silicone oil base complex soap thickened grease for bearing lubrication in wide temperature range.
Low pour point and good viscosity index allows for application in bearings in precision mechanism,
freezing temperatures in ice cream and dairy, conveyors in cold conditions. Electric clock motors and
instruments, electrical meters, plastic gears, bushes, metal to plastic or rubber, plastic to plastic
lubrication and instrument operating in cold conditions.
SPELUB-SI/CB :
Silicone base oil thickened with carbon black for bearing running in high temperature zone.Spelub
SI/CB is used in oven conveyor bearings, wheel bearings of core ovens and carts, ball and sprockets of
power insulators, and ID fans.
SPELUB-SI/44 :
Silicone oil base complex soap thickened grease for bearing running in wide temperature range.Ball
and roller bearings in wide temperatures, stenter and calendar in textiles, ice cream and chilling plants,
bearings in oven, paint booth, bakery, fans, shipboards, steel plants, instruments, electric motor,
wipers, meters are some of the basic applications of Spelub SI/44.
SPELUB-SI/44(M) :
Silicone oil base grease containing Molybdenum disulfide for long- life bearing lubrication in moderate
speed and temperature. Same as Spelub SI/44 but has better lubrication and E.P. properties as it
contains Molybdenum di-sulfide as solid lubricant.

Spelub FPL are fluoropolymer lubricants that have been developed after extensive research. Spelub FPL

High performance chain oil for extreme temperature applications. Spelub CH-220 has very low

 POWDER AND ANTI-SEIZE COMPOUNDS
SPELUB CF-Z :
Molybdenum disulfide powder with extremely low co-efficient of friction. Spelub CF-Z is highly resistance
to water, solvents, acids and alkaline. It is primarily used in cold forging applications and as an anti-seize
coatings on nut, bolts and sliding applications.
SPELUB AZ/GP :
Anti seize thread lubricant with high percentage of solid lubricants in high grade mineral oil. As lubricant
for heavy loads and slow speed. As anti seize for nut/bolts/studds to prevent galling, seizing fretting
corrosion or welding of metallic surface in power / steel / Fertilizers / petrochemicals etc.
SPELUB AZ/GN :
Anti seize thread lubricant with high percentage solid lubricants in semi-synthetic
oil. For easy assembly and dismantling operations, press fit operation, impact
extrusion etc. As anti seize in turbine fasteners and other similar applications.
SPELUB AZ/SI :
Anti-seize compound with high percentage solid lubricants in silicone oil.
Spelub AZ/SI is primarily for environments with high oxygen contents like in
oxygen plant in steel plant.
SPELUB AZ/1000 :
Universal assembly paste formulated from selective solid lubricants and powders for wide temperature
range up to 1200° C. Spelub AZ/1000 is highly resistive to moisture making it ideal for applications where
parts are subjected to damp conditions. As anti seize thread compound for nut/bolt/studds, valves etc in
plastic machinery, refineries, power plants, chemical plants and steam lines.
SPELUB AZ/CU :
Copper based anti-seize compound with mineral oil carrier. Spelub AZ/CU is used as ASTL on nut, bolts,
studs, gaskets and flanges. Spelub AZ/CU has excellent protection against formation of rust and
corrosion even at high temperatures and damp environments. As lubricant in cement plant for kiln tyre,
in ceramic for kiln car and trolley bearings.
SPELUB AZ/NR :
Anti-seize compound based on nickel, copper, graphite and other fine metals. Spelub AZ/NR has good
resistance against acidic and alkaline conditions.
SPELUB AZ/NS:
Anti-seize compound based on nickel in synthetic carrier for high temperature application. Spelub
AZ/NS can be used as lubricant in valve applications and anti seize in atomic power plant, heavy water
project, steel and fertilizer plant etc.
SPELUB AZ/ZL :
High concentrations of zinc powder in mineral oil for applications as anti-seize compound in drill collar
and pipes, tool joints, bits sub, rock bits in oil drilling.
SPELUB AZ/TC :
High concentration paste of metallic powders in mineral oil carrier for use as an anti-seize thread
compound in casings and line pipes in oil drilling.

SPELUB ZnG:
A cold zinc galvanizing coating with synthetic resin that forms a protective film on the metal surface. It

SPELUB AFC-75:
An excellent resin bonded MoS2 base anti friction coating for moving parts. Spelub AFC-75 has very low

DIE CASTING LUBRICANTS
GRAFOCOAT-GBPL :
Plunger lubricant for manual and automatic plunger
lubrication systems based on semi synthetic oils, micro fine
Graphite and additives. It forms a tenacious film, which
prevents metal-to-metal contact and increase life of plunger
by 2 to 3 fold. The fine Particle size and high purity Graphite
does not settle for longer period, eliminates problem of
choking of capillary tubes and improper lubrication of

GRAFOCOAT-GLP :
Semi synthetic solid free plunger lubricant for manual and automatic plunger lubrication systems. Longer
plunger life due to specific base oil having good lubrication properties and lower residues. Forms a
coating that minimizes wear and tear of plunger. No settling problems in absence of solid lubricants.
Clean working conditions reduce pollution problems.

GRAFOCOAT-DC-100:
Water miscible die release agent for aluminum pressure die-casting operations. Provides excellent
release with bright surface finish. Grafocoat-DC-100 is highly economical. Better parting and bright
surface can be achieved in simple and complex molds.
GRAFOCOAT DC-300
Water miscible die release agent for Aluminum pressure die-casting. It provides excellent release for
complex molds with bright surface finish. It is a balance formula of synthetic lubricants and additives.
Better parting and bright surface can be achieved in complex molds. The additives also lubricates ejector
pins and moving parts effectively to reduce wear and tear. Grafocoat DC-300 can be used in automatic
and hand spray guns effectively. The dilution ratio can be up to 200 depending upon severity of mold.

COLLOIDAL GRAPHITE IN WATER

GRAFOCOAT-WG :
Grafocoat-WG is a stable dispersion of ultra fine and high purity Graphite in water. Grafocoat-WG is used
in piercing and extrusion of tubes/bar/rod of M.S./carbon steel/ stainless to minimize wear and tear.
GRAFOCOAT-WGS (40) :
A premium quality stable dispersion of Graphite in water. High purity ultra fine natural Graphite gives
excellent lubrication and higher conductivity. It is used as a bearing lubricant in bakery/furnace/ovens
and as additive in PTFE products for coating purpose.
GRAFOCOAT-WGS 40(N) :
Water base graphite with high strength film for protection of parts in extreme temperature applications.
Grafocoat WGS-40 (N) is specifically designed for metalizing chamber coating in metalizing plants, chain
and conveyor coating near IS machines and lehr in glass industries and metal forming.

 HIGH PERFORMANCE METAL WORKING FLUIDS
MAGICUT B : All-purpose water soluble cutting oil for multiple machining applications. Magicut B has
higher mineral oil content that provide lubricity with increased tool life. It has higher sump life and lower
addition than conventional products as manufactured with high grade mineral oil and balanced
emulsifiers. Magicut B is ideal for general machining operations and can be used for most metals.
MAGICUT B/S : Hard water stable high mineral oil content general purpose machining coolant. Special
additives and combination of esters ensure that Magicut B/S remains stable while having good tramp oil
rejection. Magicut B/S can be used in general machining. It is also ideal for rolling of alloy and stainless
sheet/rolls. Impart good extreme pressure properties.
MAGICUT SYNTH-X-90 : An excellent semi-synthetic coolant for machining of alloy and stainless steel in
CNC machines. Formulated with optimum levels of esters, biocide and balanced mineral oil Magicut
Synth-X-90 gives high cooling efficiency and lubricity that increases tool life and production. Magicut
Synth-X-90 has sump life of over 6 to 8 months.
MAGICUT SS-39 : With high performance polymeric esters Magicut SS-39 is an excellent all-round
coolant. With multiple metal compatibility Magicut SS-39 can provide cooling and lubricity in any severe
machining. Magicut SS-39 has very low foam tendency making it an ideal choice for through coolant
machines. Magicut SS-39 has sump life of 8 to 12 months and with excellent tool life. Magicut SS-39 is
free of chlorine, sulfur, phosphates and nitrites making it highly environmental friendly lubricant.
MAGICUT SS-39/NF : Polymeric ester base semi synthetic coolant specifically designed for operations
of yellow metals. It inhibits degradation and oxide formation on metal surfaces after machining.
Component has better surface finish.
MAGICUT SYNTH-X-AL : Semi synthetic coolant for aluminum machining keeps the work area and
machine clean.Significantly lowers the rate of oxidation of aluminum metal. Can also be used for other
metals also.
MAGICUT SL : High performance heavy duty neat oil for heavy duty applications like threading, tapping
and other most difficult machining operations. It has extreme pressure additives for better lubricity.
Magicut SL is compatible for range of metals. Ideal for any machining work shop for hard to machine alloy

MAGICUT SL/D 22 : Neat machining fluid with 22 CST for moderate to heavy duty operations of hard

MAGICUT GRND : Very low viscosity neat metal working fluid for grinding and machining applications of
various metals. Magicut GRND is available in multiple ISO viscosity grades as 5 and 10 CST.

DRAWING LUBRICANTS
EZYDRAW-818(WS)
Cold water washable compound for bead hammering/crushing operation on tube mill as mandrel lubrication
in S.S./alloy tube welding operation. Ezydraw-818 (WS) can also be used for shrinking of stainless steel tubes
on draw bench without pre-coating and thus process becomes easy, economical and time saving. The
product is easily water washable after operation, helps in minimizing the problem of cleaning of tubes
particularly inside walls.
EZYDRAW-J2:
A tailor-made compound for cold drawing operation of stainless steel Tubes/Wires/bars. Pre-coating is not
required so process becomes easy, economical and time saving. Ezydraw-J2 does not contain sulphur or
phosphorous. Ezydraw-J2 is ideal for bright annelene process of S.S. tubes with proper cleaning. The
unmatched lubricant values, adhesion and E.P. properties results in easy drawing with minimum rejection
and breakage. Can be used for capillary tubes, big diameter S.S. tubes and Nickel Alloy Wires. Note: Various
grades are available as per requirement of metal, equipment, speed and suggestion of equipment manufacture.

EZYDRAW-P:
Ezydraw-P is a compound for cold Pilgering of stainless steel tubes. Besides other E.P. agents active sulphur
is present in Ezydraw-P. It maintains tenacious film tightly adhering to surface that helps in easy operation
without jerking, lines or score marks. Improved surface finish and die/mandrel life with effective heat
dissipation. Better oxidation resistance keeps oil flow ability for longer period.
EZYDRAW PT :
Ezydraw-PT is high viscosity compound for lubrication of mandrel & inside tubes in pilgering operation of
stainless steel tube. Besides other E.P. agents, active sulphur is present in Ezydraw-PT to maximize its
lubrication value proprietary additives are added.
EZYROL-M :
Rolling oil for cold rolling of S.S. and carbon steel sheet in all type of rolling mills. The selective oil is treated to
give minimum carbon residue which makes the product stain free and gives better surface finish. The additives
package contains esters, E.P. and tackiness additives. Better film forming properties results in less wear and
higher production rate. It replaces soluble rolling oils in sheet rolling. Reduces cost, consumption and labour.
EZYROL-L :
Light viscosity base oil and with higher active additives for final finish of stainless steel and carbon steel sheet
rolling. Improves surface finish and reduces stains to give better surface finish in final rolling operation. Higher
reduction per passes results in higher production rate.
EZYROL-AL/HR :
A premium quality semi synthetic soluble hot rolling oil for aluminum
rolling operation. Offers sump life of Three months and more in ideal
conditions. Excellent surface finish and stain free due to proprietary
additive package. Reduces consumption against mineral base
cutting oil generally used as aluminum rolling oil. The
impurities/oxides floats on the emulsion and can be easily removed
so improved roll and bearings life can be achieved. Lower operating
load on rolling mill results in power and energy saving.

DEGRIZ CI :
Neutral water based cleaner for cleaning of machines parts and equipment made of cast iron , mild steel
or stainless steels.
DEGRIZ SS/79 F :
Alkaline powder based cleaner and acid neutralizer for use in fastener manufacturing industries. Degriz
SS/79F is compatible with range of stainless steel alloys.

DEGRIZ AL :
Neutral water based cleaner for aluminum parts. Removes dust and other contaminates from metal
surfaces, while inhibiting oxide formation on aluminum parts.
DEGRIZ NF :
Designed with care special additives for cleaning of yellow metals. Inhibits oxide formation and metal

DEGRIZ SS/SA-90 :

SOLUCLEAN 40 :
Low flash fast evaporating safe solvent based cleaner that easily removes any oily residues. Removes
moisture and water from the metal surfaces as well.
SOLUCLEAN 60 :
Higher flash point quick evaporating safe solvent based cleaner that is easy to handle .Soluclean -60 is
user friendly and safe for environment and users.

COR-PRE P-21:
Solvent type wax based long term rust preventive ideal for long term rust protection specifically for export
components. Can work as light lubricant in press fit operations.
COR-PRE P:
Wax based rust preventive for moderate period rust protection.
COR-PRE O:
Oily film forming rust preventive for moderate to long-term protection.
COR-PRE DW-91:
Dewatering fluid for in process rust protection and cleaning. Cor-Pre DW-91 penetrates deep with in the
metal surfaces and cleans the components of any unwanted residue and moisture.
COR-PRE P-21(A):
Aerosol based rust preventive for large components that cannot be dipped or parts that are hard to reach
like die/molds of press shop and plastic molding and machines.
COR-PRE PO-41:
Oil and wax based Rust preventive for moderate to long-term protection.
COR-PRE RP/GL 50+:
Forms a dark thick film that provides most optimum protection. Cor-Pre RP/GL 50+ can easily be applied
on large components by brushing and provides protection up-to 8 to 12 months.
COR-PRE RP/WB:
Water-soluble rust preventive for very short terms for intermittent process. Cor-Pre RP/WB is ideal for
components stored inside, that require protection while waiting for further processing.
COR-PRE CI/P :
Water based product that protects the parts against corrosion. Cor-Pre CI/P is specially designed for
water filled submersible pump testing and filling. Prevents corrosion of the inner pump parts.
