1. Verification of Civil and structural design and drawings


2. Checking of construction quality related to industrial structures such as machine foundation, water
retaining structures, road, industrial buildings, RCC and Steel structures etc.
3. Checking/ verification of rate analysis and cost estimation of civil, structural and road works.
4. Verification of bar bending schedule.
5. Verification of Topographical survey and soil investigation.
6. Verification of Plumbing and sanitary engineering.
7. Verification of Roof waterproof treatment, acid /alkali proof coating /tiling
8. Recording of joint measurement of work completed by the contractor/consultant and certification of
bills.

Responsibility :-

As a part of my responsibility I analyze survey reports, geological reports, material resources, structural
drawings, and other data for various projects planning. I prepared cost estimates for material and labour
as well as checking material quality. Along with I am responsible for contractor execution quality which
is tested for stability as well as safety point of view. We carried out execution work based on approved
construction drawing and certified bills based on drawings and joint measurement of work completed by
the contractor.

KRA

Safety & quality :- I always make sure that whatever data I provide to my team mates is accurate and updated so that
the execution work is flawless. Also as a billing engineer I ensure that the bills I prepare are accurate and have
minimum mistakes.
Cost Control – I always check my calculations before I place any orders thus ensuring that no excess material is
ordered leading to wastage. I also forecast the needs and make sure that the material reaches site on time.

Reports: I have been timely reporting daily progress reports to my seniors as well as the client’s team ensuring that
they are updated regarding the site activities and progress.

Team Management - As a civil engineer by profession, on site I bring to notice any wrongdoings or defects in works
to my execution team so that they can rectify it and maintain good quality work.
