HALF YEARLY CHECKS OF CONTROL VALVES
Check for any leakage between the flange and tighten the bolts of
     
the flange if required.
Check the function of isolation valve and the drain valve..      

Check the supply voltage      

Check and tighten the connection of I/P convertors.      

Check for gland leakage.      

Check for proper air supply and any leakage      

Mode of action      

Check the function of the valve by controlling manually from DCS.      

Last Calibration date      

Range of pneumatic air supply of the actuator valve

Check the positioner for proper functionality
