do hereby authorize [GS General Suppliers, 132 Bannuwal Nagar, 100fita road, Delapeer Izzat
Nagar, Bareilly, Mobile-8899197487, E-mail- gsgeneral.suppliers1006@gmail.com] to submit a
bid, and subsequently negotiate and sign the Contract with you against IFB No.[SAI/STC/BLY/ Sct-
Misc Eqpt /2020-21/ for the above goods manufactured by us.

We hereby extend our full guarantee and warranty as per Clause 9 of the Conditions of Contract for the
goods offered for supply by the above firm against this Invitation for Bids.
