With reference to your interview with us, we are pleased to offer you the position of
Business Development - General Manager for PGC - Ponneri Gymkhana Club in Prime
Expat Infra Group on the following terms & conditions:
   • Documents –
   Please submit the following documents to complete your joining process:
      -   Previous Company’s leaving certificate
      -   Photograph (passport size)
      -   Educational Documents (12th STD and degree certifications)
      -   PAN Card
      -   Aadhaar Card
      -   Vaccination Report
   • Date of Joining –
      As per our mutual understanding your appointment with Prime Life
      Space Consultancy Pvt Ltd. will be with effect from 3/10/2021.
   • Place of Work and Hours of Work –
      Your appointment is at Prime LifeSpace Consultancy pvt ltd, Chennai
      Office. Work Location is at Arete Homes Site - Sales Office. Working
      Days are Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 6PM from Office.
   • Leave and Paid Holidays –
      Initial period of probation will be six months, leave is not permitted during this period.
      Official bank Holidays will be considered as Paid Holidays.
   • Remuneration –
      Your total annual remuneration (CTC) shall be Rs. 6,00,000 which has
      been mutually agreed between yourself and the Company. Details

   to you by the company, shall be treated as strictly confidential between
   you personally and the company. Any sharing of this information during
   the course of your service, with colleagues / juniors or any other third
   parties shall constitute a breach of trust on your part.
• Increments –
   Your salary increments will depend on a) the financial results of the Company and
   that of your Department, and b) your individual performance. Commission and
   Bonus will be discussed as per individual performance.
• Confidentiality –
   During your work, training and designing, you will become privy to
   privileged and confidential information, data, designs, drawings,
   documents, software, marketing plans, strategies etc. You shall not
   convey, disclose, copy, transfer or share any of the above privileged
   information / data to any unauthorized person(s). Any disclosure of any
   information mentioned above without the written permission of your
   superiors in the company, will amount to breach of trust and the
   company may proceed against you as necessary, under the provisions
   of the criminal or / and civil laws of the country.
• Due Diligence & Other Occupations –
   You will perform your duties with diligence, devotion and discretion,
   during the period of your employment with the Company. The
   management expects that you will not engage yourself in any trade,
   business, consultation, or employment except with the express written
   permission of company, during the period of your employment with us.
• Ownership of Company Material –
   Any hard or soft copies of any files, documents, drawings, designs or
   internet communications which may be in your possession during the
   course of your employment, shall at all times be deemed to be the
   property of the company. Upon the cessation of your employment, for
   any reason whatsoever, you shall forthwith return to the company, all
   assets, vehicles and all property (including leased premises or on Leave
   & License), computers, CDs, or any other property of the company,
   under your possession or under your control. Upon cessation of the
   employment of the company, for any reason whatsoever, you shall
   handover the charge of the work to an Executive nominated by

   management and return all the files, papers, documents & other assets
   as mentioned above, immediately to the company. The full and final
   settlement of all your dues will be undertaken, subsequent to the
   same.
• Resignation and relieving –
   In the event, you resign from the confirmed service of the company,
   you will be required to give notice of one month (for managers &
   below) / two month (for Sr. Managers & above) to the management,
   from the date of submission of your resignation letter or two month's
   basic salary (for managers & below) / three months basic salary (for Sr.
   Managers & above), in lieu of notice period.
• General Conditions –
   You will be abide by the Rules and Regulation of the company in force,
   at present and as varied from time to time.
   Your continuation in the service of the company will be subject to your
   such Physical fitness as may be required for the position you hold.
   Consequently, you may be required to go through such medical test
   and Examination from time to time, as may be required by the
   company, at a Medical Centre designated by the Company.
• Acceptance –
   Please confirm your acceptance of the terms & conditions of your
   employment, by signing a duplicate of this 'Appointment Letter' and
   returning the same to us. We thank you for your interest in our
   Company and wish you, a long and satisfying association, with us. You
   will report to Mr. Rajeev Ajmera, Managing Director and Mr. Krunal Shah, General
   Manager at Prime Expat Infra.
