At all times material to this Indictment:

1. According to Diocesan records, the defendant, Kevin Fisette, was

appointed to serve as a Deacon in Our Lady of Victory Parish, in Ashaway, Rhode

Island, as of January 16, 1981

2. According to Diocesan records, the defendant was ordained as a priest

on November 21, 1981.

3. According to Diocesan records, the defendant was appointed to serve as

a Chaplain at the thde Island Hospital, With residence at the Cathedral Rectory, as

of December 1, 1981.

to overcome the victim, in violation of § 11-37-2 of the General Laws of Rhode Island
