CANCELLATION:
In the event the customer would like to cancel an order, a cancellation fee of 10% of the
order price shall be charged.
WARRANTY:
Two (2) years or 1,500 running hours from date the generator set unit was delivered, on
all purely mechanical parts and one (1) year or 1,500 running hours from date the
generator set unit was delivered, on all electrical parts whichever comes first.
Not included in Coverage of Warranty:
A.) Parts or materials subject to normal wear and tear, includes filters, belts, coolant
inhibitors, etc. also change oil labor services.
B.) Defects due to negligence, ignorance, improper maintenance/operation; improper
installation (not installed by Advatech Industries Inc.) improper care.
C.) Damages due to fires, natural calamities such as lightning, floods, earthquakes and
typhoons, etc.
Note: Our warranty is limited to the labor and parts necessary to place the equipment
supplied by us back into operation. Any incidental losses such as opportunity losses,
business losses, or customer expenses are not covered by our warranty.
About our Company:
Advatech has been in the brand new genset industry since 1982 (37 years now) and has
sold over 5,000 genset units to-date. (among the biggest were 2x 2500kva for SM
Tuguegarao and 2x 2500kva for SM San Mateo). As the Advatech group, we are
comprised of five offices in the Philippines, all devoted to a single product - Brand New
Standby Generator Sets.
AFTERSALES SUPPORT:
We maintain a full-time/regular after-sales support team comprised of engineers,
technicians, technical advisors, installers, logistics personnel, 14-strong (approx half of
our total nationwide workforce). We are able to attend to a service call within 24hrs or
less from the time we receive, from either our 2 offices in Metro Manila, or our wholly
owned branches in Cebu and Davao.

Our group sells about 100-120 units per year. Since 2011 we’ve sold about 800 Cummins
China already and easily about 15-20 units of these are above 1000kva.
Advatech also maintains its own Parts Inventory to provide whatever parts necessary for
all Generator Sets that it sells.
