Theme: Think G.R.E.E.N.: Promoting Sustainable Environment for Greener Generation
I. General Guidelines
1. The contests are open to all Mabuhay National High School learner-participants.
2. Participants are limited to join in the events specified for all grade levels.
3. Student-participants are required to secure parent’s consent before the conduct of the
activities.
4. The decision of the board of judges is final irrevocable.
5. Participants are reminded to strictly follow IATF safety protocols all the time.
6. All contests must be anchored will the theme: Think G.R.E.E.N.: Promoting Sustainable
Environment for Greener Generation
7. Participants shall send their entries through Google Drive (the link will be provided in a
separate announcement).
8. Entries will be posted at Mabuhay NHS Facebook page.
9. Only Heart reactions will be counted.
10. Submission of entries shall be on or before April 26, 2022.
11. The winning entries will be announced on April 29, 2022.
II. Mechanics and Criteria for Judging
A. PHOTO INTERPRETATION
Language: English
Time: 5 minutes
Output: Extemporaneous Speaking
1. On the spot
2. One (1) photo will be shown during the contest.
3. Student-participants are from Grade 10, Grade 11 and Grade 12.
4. Each participants shall be given 1 minute to organize his/her ideas and
interpretation about the given photo.
5. The event will be conducted via Google Meet.
6. The contest will be on April 8, 2022.
Criteria for Photo Interpretation
Interpretation of the Photo 30%
Grammar, Organization of Ideas 50%
Delivery (Intonation and Clarity) 20%

B. POSTER MAKING
1. Only one (1) participant per grade level.
2. The medium of the visual artistry shall be oil pastel and ¼ illustration board.
3. All materials will be provided by the participants.
4. The may use pencil or pentel pen to draft and outline sketches of his/her concept.
5. The participant should video record his/herself while creating the poster.
6. The video footage and photo of the output held by the participant shall be sent to
catheren.sagocio@deped.gov.ph.
7. Poster output must be submitted by the class adviser on or before April 15, 2022.
8. Judging shall be based on the following criteria:

C. ECOMODELO
1. Only one (1) pair of male and female of models participant per grade level are
encouraged to participate in the virtual contest.
2. The models will be wearing a costume made from recycled materials (plastic
bottles, newspaper, plastic cups/spoons, candy wrappers or plastic sachets).
3. Each candidate should have their solo pictorial to be sent to
catheren.sagocio@deped.gov.ph. Only two (2) pictures will be accepted; close-
up (head-to-torso) and whole-body photos.
4. Aside from each photos, each candidate should also record a video showing their
runway walk and self-introduction concept related to the theme in 2 minutes.
5. Judging shall be based on the following criteria:
