each month by the end of the year. The team will create a new website and to rank it top
10 searches in search engine Google/Yahoo.

What makes this goal measurable? Does it include metrics to gauge success?
Response: The Marketing Manager wants unique page visits to increase by at least 2K
each month by the end of the year and hence the goal is measurable. The website will
contain all the new plants details and rank will be based on it.

What makes this goal attainable? Is it realistic given available time and
resources?
Response: Yes, website will surely be ready before 18 months. They will promote the
new marketing and sales strategy, redesigned website & a print catalog. They have all the
resources hence the goal is attainable.

What makes this goal relevant? Does it support project or business objectives?
Response: Yes, as it brings awareness among customers and it will also add benefit for
business with new website.

Response: The goal includes an 18-month timeframe. The project is scheduled to launch

on existing customer service standards and boost efficiency.
Starting a new page with creating an app for awareness and reminders and creating
