ELECTRICAL TRAINING POWER SUPPLY
Power Supply via +30
The PLC is supplied directly through the + 30 V battery pole. The voltage
supply is activated together with the +15 V control voltage (D E05 activates
D A38). The control contact (DA38) activates the relay 8.2 and establishes a
self-holding circuit with the + 30 V line.
After the +15 V control voltage is disconnected, this contact rem ains closed
until all tim e stages (Lights etc.) have lapsed before the control system auto-
m atically shuts off via contact (D A38).
A s soon as the ignition key is switched on or any
light switch is pushed, the "POW E R" LE D indi-
cates the presence of 24V by a green light.
S im ultaneously the P LC walks through an ini-
tialisation period.
D uring this period the "C AN -Bus" LE D will flash
a few tim es and finally blinks continuously
O N /O FF (orange light).
If the PLC will be sw itched on by any light
switch, the "POW ER" LE D im m ediately indi-
cates the presence of 24V by a green light!
The self-holding circuit only is present after the
PLC walks through the initialisation period.
After about 1 – 2 seconds!
