Dear Sir;

I am writing to you to express my desire to serve as a Social Studies teacher or any


teaching position that handles any subject related to any social science in any of the
institutions under your organization. I am a graduating student of the Bohol Island State
University – Main Campus taking up Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social
Studies. As of now, I will be graduating at August 2022, and will be taking the Licensure
Examination for Teachers next year 2022 in the month of March.

In the last semester of my college, I was assigned to have my practice teaching at


Bohol Island State University- Main Campus (BISU-MC) teaching college students. My
almost four months of internship in said school brought me much learning especially in
giving instruction and supervision amidst the demands of the new normal learning
modalities. The seasoned teachers and advisers of BISU-MC taught me how to
professionally deal with various situations that have got something to do with school
matters such as handling online programs, the utilization of online and IT tools in
teaching and learning as well as catering to students appeals and concerns amidst the
troubles of distance learning.

Given my ample training in public speaking and in my time in college, I am confident


that I am ready to work and do the responsibilities of a teacher and I know that your
reputed organization can give me an opportunity to continue to develop myself
professionally. Given my apparent state as an upcoming graduate with lack of
experience, I am willing to be trained and I am willing to undergo series of workshops
and lectures if you ask me to do so when you hire me. I am ready to be shaped by the
teacher training programs you provide for you employees.

Attached in this letter is my resume which you can use for reference.

I am really hoping that you will give me a chance to have my first teaching experience in
your institutions. Thank you for considering my application. I am hoping for your
favorable response.
