1. Identification of Nuclear Receptors and its family using wavelet variance feature.
2. Exploring the architecture of CBE(Cell Broadband Engine) and implementation of
algorithms on it .
(a)A faster framework for Protein Coding Region: Identification on Cell Processor
(b)Identification of repetitive sequences in DNA sequences: Identification on CBE
3. Solving a communication problem through Neural Networks and implementation of
that algorithm on FPGA( My current project)
