Human Capital & General Affairs


Section Head -
Locate in Temanggung, Central Java
Main responsibilities :
Manage the implementation of human capital program, such learning
management, organization development, talent management,
performance management, career development/ succession planning,
selection & recruitment, compensation, health and welfare benefits,
employee relations and retention, and labor relations
Manage compensation benefit program, including payroll and labor
tax
Manage the Industrial Relations and build of constructive relationships
between all stakeholders
Ensure Human Capital compliance with all requirements, policies and
regulations.
Provide HR Report as decision support through HC Information System

Requirements & Qualifications :


Minimum Bachelor Degree in related education background.
Preferably have an experience in Manufacture Industry
Has strong knowledge on all relevant Human Capital
Development, Human Capital Operation, Industrial Relation
and Change Management
Excellent communication skills, hand on to detail, well
organized
Good in English
Proficient with MS Office
