Our Engagement Terms
Exclusivity
We are a retained search firm and require exclusivity for execution of assignment. We accept every assignment after proper due diligence and we have maintained a success rate of over 95% so far.
Approach
All our assignments are conducted thru direct search and we do not rely on advertising or any external databases.
Reporting
We provide periodic status reporting on all assignments and for CEO searches, we also provide a summary analysis regarding demographic details of candidates screened and their perception regarding clients brand as employer
Service Assurance
We commit not to search for candidates within client organizations for a period of 1 year after completion of last assignment. We also provide replacement candidate at no fee up to a period of 1 year for CEO searches and 6 months for other searches.
