Plant surveying, soil testing, the land suitability, to monitoring the production target, arrange for inspection call. To organize the painting schedule of clients from the initials stage to finish product as per given QAP as well as to dispatch clearance. To convene the meeting with the customer related with the monthly production target and to achieve the target as per the contractual period. To prepare the DPR for site & production related and to submit the project head. Responsible to motivate the fabricator for up going production, Invoice scrutiny etc. To prepare the erection schedule as per the project requirement. Responsible to look after successful erection & supervising of 2 Nos. Gas Treatment Centre including Bag Filter and its supporting structure, Pot Duct, Court Yard Duct & Auxiliaries. Responsible to look after the EHS policy as per the company norms and also responsible to motivate the people to follow the safety rules & regulations who are being involved in the project work as well as to calculate the risk assessment for the workers in the working zone. In charge of Aditya Aluminum as well as to contracting agencies prior to start the mechanical erection work. Responsible for site procurement. Responsible to scrutinize the measurement sheet, invoice, billing schedule Of the contractor as well as to certify the bills of the contracting agencies as per work order.
