PRODUCT : FEVICOL Heatx is a synthetic solvent borne rubber based adhesive made with a
special formula for having excellent heat resistance property upto 170 Deg. C temperature.
Fevicol Heatx is having Excellent heat resistance & Quick grab property without spring back
action on curved surface, and this property will helpful in vertical applications.

USE: FEVICOL HEATX is used in furniture industry for


bonding Laminate to Wood, PVC Laminate to Laminate,

APPLICATION METHOD : -- Surface to be bonded should be dry, clean, and leveled


-- Stir the adhesive properly before use
-- Apply the adhesive first on non porous surface and then
on porous surface
-- Allow a minimum drying time of approx 4-6 minutes at
room temperature and bond the surfaces carefully so
that the alignment is as required
-- Give appropriate pressure
-- final bond is achieved in 24 hrs

3.Specific Gravity : 0.86 ± 0.01
4.Diluent : Toluene
5.Flammability : Highly Flammable
6.Flash Point : 0° C to 4° C
SPECIAL FEATURES : Faster setting. Heatproof at high temperatures,
Suitable for Vertical applications, Free from Benzene.

STORAGE : Store under dry condition. Keep the tin away from heat
and direct sunlight and naked flame. Close the lid tightly
after taking out the material from container

SHELF LIFE :18 months from the date of manufacturing under proper
storage

PACKING : 1Ltr. & 5 Ltrs. tin

MATERIAL SAFETY DATA :

1.Hazardous ingredients : Aromatic Solvents, Aliphatic hydrocarbons, Esters


2.Flash Point : 0° C to 4° C
3.Flammability : Flammable when exposed to heat or flame.
4.Protective Clothing : Wear suitable protective clothing, Rubber gloves and eye
protective while handling.

to determine the suitability of the product for his own purpose under his operating conditions.
