AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS

I, Florencia Garrido Felipe, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a


resident of 254 D MLQ St. Hagonoy, Taguig City, Philippines, after being
duly sworn in accordance with law, depose and state:

That sometime on 14 September 2020, I pawned my Ladies Band


Ring (21k, 1.3g) with M. B. Aguirre Pawnshop located at New Lower
Bicutan, Taguig City and for which I was issued Pawn Tickets / Receipt
No. 21955.

That sometime on 25 October 2020, my wallet that contains the


said Pawn Ticket was misplaced and got lost.

That despite diligent search and efforts to locate the said wallet and
pawn ticket, I could not find the same such that I now believe that they
are now lost beyond recovery.

As such, I am executing this Affidavit of Loss to attest to the


truth of the foregoing facts.
