1. Excessive nodding – this undermines how focused we are by nodding like a


bobble. (Even if you agree with what’s being said, nod once and then try to
remain still).
2. Fidgeting – this is the so called ‘nervous energy”.
3. Hands behind the back – this communicates unapproachability and closed-
mindedness.
