CIVIL PLAN
The proposed a 2-Storey Residential Building it has a 3 studio type unit which have a floor area of 25.
20sq.m each units 1 meter length hallway for convenience and ease, firewalls, and has a setback of approximately 6.5 meters from the
road which can be used for temporary parking of small vehicles.
Travelling from Metro Manila, the site can be accessed by taking a bus from Lawton or Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange
(PITX) to Sampaloc for almost 1 hour of travel time, in barangay 461 of Sampaloc near the Ospital ng Sampaloc .
The expected completion time of the project is 1.8 years, with all the standard requirements authorized by the National Building
Code of the Philippines shall be followed. The project has a required budget of Php 2,250,000.00, already written in the contract.

SITE DESCRIPTION
This Building is located at #261 Earnshaw Street Barangay 461 Sampaloc Manila. The Building is approximately 1 block away from the Barangay
Hall which is situated at approximately 14°36'29.6"N 120°59'47.7"E in Sampaloc Manila.
The expected completion time of the project is 1.8 years, with all the standard requirements authorized by the National Building Code of the
Philippines shall be followed. The project has a required budget of Php 2,250,000.00, already written in the contract.

ARCHITECTURAL PLAN
The Proposed 2-storey building is designed and met the requirements for residential purposes. This apartment style building consists of 4
units, 2 units in every floor. Each unit is a complete house with one (1) kitchen, bedroom, living area and a toilet and bath. The building is
incorporated with two (2) stairs leading to second floor and roof deck for the residents. The building has a total of twelve (12) doors, three (3)
doors each unit composed of single swing panel type door frame 2" x 6" K.D. Tanguile wood and single swing flush type door frame 2" x 4"
hollow core with master lock satin finish. There are also total of twelve (12) windows, three (3) windows each unit made of 6mm THK clear
glass awning window in aluminium frame (powder coated finish, dark gray).
